Bespoke MA in Professional Practice

Teachers at Thomas's Kensington have the opportunity to apply to take a Master's degree as part of their continuing professional development. This is under the auspices of Roehampton University and has been developed in conjunction with Thomas's London Day Schools. There are weekly lectures which currently take place at Thomas's Kensington once a week during term time combined with a few workshops at Roehampton University.

The MA is a 2 - 3 year programme with an emphasis on focused and practical projects directly feeding into the curriculum.

The MA is 60% funded by Thomas's and is part of our commitment to developing and retaining excellent staff and ensuring that our teaching remains an intellectual challenge for all.  Recent projects have looked at the impact of differentiation in mathematics in key stage two.
